Susanne is a new Estonian property portal, and the hardest thing about a new portal is that nobody has heard of it yet. So here is a campaign: list your property on Susanne for free, and you may win 100 euros. And if you find a fault on the site, or know how to make it better, tell us — we draw 100 euros for that too.

Put your property on Susanne between 1 October and 30 November 2026. Any listing the form takes will do: a sale or a rent, a flat, a house, a plot, land, commercial space or a garage. Listing is free and stays free.

Among everybody who puts up a good listing in that time we draw 100 euros, paid in full.

Report a fault and win 100 euros

Susanne is new, and it certainly has faults. If you find one — something does not work, something looks wrong on a phone, a text is mistaken — or you have an idea for making the site better, tell us. Sign in, open the menu under your name and press Report a problem; the same button is at the foot of every page. Write what is wrong or what to do differently, and a screenshot of the page goes with it if you like.

Among everybody who reports a fault or suggests an improvement between 1 October and 30 November 2026 we draw 100 euros, paid in full.

Terms

Both draws:

• The campaign runs from 1 October to 30 November 2026 inclusive, Estonian time.
• You take part with a Susanne account that has an email address and a phone number — add them in Settings — so that we can reach the winner.
• Each person takes part in each draw once, however many listings or reports they make. One person's several accounts count as one.
• The prize in each draw is 100 euros, paid by bank transfer to an account in the winner's name; any tax is the organiser's, so the winner receives the whole 100 euros.
• We draw by 7 December 2026 at the latest, at random among everybody who met the terms. We tell the winner by email and phone and name them on this blog by first name and initial. If a winner does not answer within 14 days, we draw again.

The listing draw takes a good listing:

• it has at least one picture of the property;
• the address, price, size and other facts are correct;
• the description describes this very property, honestly and clearly;
• you may offer the property — you own it or act for its owner;
• the listing has passed review and is on the market.

A made-up, duplicate or somebody else's listing, spam and advertising take no part and are removed.

The report draw takes a real report: one describing a fault on the site or a suggestion for making Susanne better. Empty, repeated and contentless reports take no part.

The campaign is organised by Gravitational Wave OÜ (registry code 12475903), which runs Susanne. The organiser may exclude anybody who breaks these terms or the terms of use.
