Connect Susanne to your AI

This address is Susanne's connection point for an AI — MCP, the Model Context Protocol, the same standard ChatGPT, Claude and other agents use for tools. There is nothing more to see here in a browser: the address is for your AI. Connect it, and your agent can search property on Susanne, keep favourites and add listings in your name.

Claude

  1. Open claude.ai and choose Settings → Connectors.
  2. Press Add custom connector. Name it Susanne; the address is https://susanne.ee/mcp.
  3. Press Connect and sign in to Susanne with the same email address you manage your listings with. Allow access.
  4. In a chat, switch Susanne on under the tools and ask, say: "Find me a three-room flat in Kalamaja up to €250,000."

Claude's phone app uses the same connectors as the web.

ChatGPT

  1. Open chatgpt.com and choose Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings. Switch on Developer mode.
  2. Press Create. Name it Susanne; the address is https://susanne.ee/mcp; authentication is OAuth.
  3. Sign in to Susanne and allow access.
  4. In a new chat choose + → Developer mode → Susanne and ask.

Adding connectors of your own in ChatGPT takes a paid plan.

What the agent can do

  • Searches the way a person asks — area, price, rooms, a balcony — and answers with listings.
  • Adds a listing in your name, photographs included where they are on the web. Photographs on your phone are added on the listing's page after you confirm.
  • Does nothing without you. Every change waits for your confirmation: the agent hands you a link, you look it over and confirm. If the phone is not signed in to Susanne, you sign in and the same question opens again.
